Orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be sent to you Recorded Delivery and will reach you within 1-5 days. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

If you are not satisfied with your goods you can return them in a good condition (i.e. resaleable) for a refund of the price of the goods (this does not include postage) within 21 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return your purchase and exchange it for another item, please return the original item to us and we will exchange it for you. We will pay the postage for the replacement item.
It is always advisable that you obtain a certificate of posting as your insurance against loss/damage.

It may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer to verify the fault. If your goods are found to be faulty we will offer a refund / credit / exchange depending on which option you request. We will also refund your postal charge up to a maximum of £5.00.
You have the right to cancel a product. If we have already dispatched it to you then you will need to return it to us (in its original condition). A refund / credit / exchange (your choice) will be offered.
We will not be able to cover your postage costs. If you choose to exchange for another product we will send out the replacement item postage free.
